Thumbs Up To Adding A Clear Smartphone Visual On-Pack

If we were in store shopping for filters, it would now be readily apparent that the Filtrete filter has the ability to be connected to a Smartphone, thanks to the visual on the package. It was a bit confusing in prior iterations of the package, but the new Smartphone visual does the trick. While we may not fully understand what it does right off the bat, the visual does its job in communicating that this filter has some type of a Smartphone connection.

Here are a few quotes that confirm how the Smartphone packaging visuals are effectively telling the story:

  • The filter packaging is so different in that there’s a Smartphone picture. This indicates that it’s not just a common filter, but a smart filter.
  • I think it's well-packaged, and I can really recognize that it is not the normal filter that I usually see. This is due to its label, which is ‘Filtrete Smart Air.’ It shows all that the filter can do and also lets you know there’s a connection to an app.
  • Just enough packaging. Not too much, not too little. I appreciate this because sometimes things are over-packaged. The Smartphone image piques your interest.
