Re-Pair? Who Knew?!

When it was time for Evangeline, a recent field research participant, to replace her filter, an interesting occurrence took place. We’ll let her share it in her own words:

“I didn’t know you had to activate the sensor each time you installed a new filter. This explains why (the app) kept saying I needed to replace my filter even though I had put a new one in! Sorry about the mix up! ”

While Evangeline took this as her mistake, perhaps there’s a simple push notification that can be sent to users that reminds us to re-pair our phone with the sensor as part of the filter replacement process. This could also be included in the instructions, but we'd still want some kind of in the moment reminder ideally. These kinds of thoughtful, little touches go a long way in making things easy and simple for us. It's that kind of attention to detail that will keep us coming back!
