We are the people, the guinea pigs so to speak, who were first to offer our thoughts, frustrations, and wishes related to air filters today. We also offered our two cents on a new filter system prototype; we hope our feedback in the ensuing posts offers you constructive, useful feedback. Our goal is not so much to critique as it is to build a better experience for all. Thank you for the opportunity to do so.
