Launch Of The Active Air Online Community
New Active Air voices eagerly await an opportunity to provide feedback!
In the coming weeks, three separate, consecutive cohorts will be formed, with user feedback driving enhancements to Active Air prior to the start of the next group.
Each individual will experience the prototype in their home environment and help shape its development via collaborative online activities, including:
- Opinions/knowledge of in-home air quality
- Video narratives about air filter shopping, replacement, and impact
- Live Active Air filter installation videos + narratives of the experience
- Photo stories of tools, tricks, hacks/work-arounds during installation
- App download & usage video narratives + discussion
- Instructions editing & simplification
- Discussion around brand
- Experiences with Speck installation & usability
- Surprise push notifications & the usefulness of each (e.g., filter life)
- Filter replacement video narrative + discussion
- Discussion of overall experience and improvement opportunities
The first of three of these online communities, including individuals from the field research, has been screened, prepped, and is ready to go! The remaining two cohorts will begin soon.
