If you’re a property manager, you know how critical something as small as a filter can be. A lazy or uniformed tenant can ruin an HVAC with negligent filter practices. Even if they are well-meaning tenants, a property manager has to do all the work of remembering when to replace each home's filter(s), purchase them, install them, etc. It’s hard to do all this for your own house; imagine if you have multiple tenants!
